Present Moment is a beautiful mist to use in meditation. Cypress, the oil of energetic flow works to open the mind and heart. Juniper Berry helps to shine a light on our shadow side and instead of fearing this perceived darkness, helps one to understand these fears may be intended to be teachers. Lemon dispels confusion, making way for clarity and works well with the optimistic yet grounded nature of Bergamot, Lemongrass and Cedarwood.
