Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Meditation Hunter.

Once you have checked out you will receive an email confirmation to your email address – please keep this as your proof of purchase.

We will begin processing and packing your order and our aim is to dispatch orders wherever possible within 48-72 hours. We will then send you an email with all your tracking details.

For interstate, all orders are sent via Australia Post or courier:

Standard Shipping – 2-5 business days from dispatch
Express Shipping – 1-3 business days from dispatch

If you are based in Sydney and wish to do a free in-store pick up, please contact us on 0402 830 699 to organize.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Orders should arrive within 2-4 business days from shipping date.

Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional duties and taxes at the port of entry to your country. The Meditation Hunter does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note however that for both interstate and international orders some delivery times may vary due to COVID19 restrictions.

Whilst we will do our best to avoid it, it is possible that under certain circumstances your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

When placing an order please be aware that the cost to ship some items may be based on weight. To find out how much your order will cost simply add the items you wish to purchase to your card and proceed to the checkout page where shipping charges will be displayed.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information. Please ensure you include your name and a business name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, The Meditation Hunter does not take responsibility if the signee is fraudulent.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want the item(s) you have purchased, please return to us within 7 days of receipt of goods for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to ensure that the item(s) were purchased from our store.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are considered final.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7 Ellalong Road, Cremorne, NSW, 2090, Australia only once you have notified us by phone on +61 402 830 600 or emailed us on sophie@themeditationhunter.com.au and received an RA number from one of our team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Afterpay sets the terms, conditions and spend limit of this payment method should you choose to use it. If you return your item(s) purchased with Afterpay and are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no extra charge. If you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable.
