Sit comfortably, spine straight, and hands resting on your knees.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Exhale in short, sharp bursts, engaging your lower belly. (Think of pumping your navel in and out with each exhale.)

So an active exhale as you push the diaphragm up and a passive inhale as the diaphragm moves back down.

Repeat this rhythmically for 1 minute, then pause and breathe normally.

This practice clears emotional blockages, uplifts your mood, and boosts your energy levels.
